Delete your CardCue Pro account

This removes your account and every card backed up to the cloud. Cards on a phone you still have stay there until you delete them in the app.

On iPhone: Settings, Profile, Delete Account. The app wipes the phone at once and schedules the server-side deletion.

Sign in with the email and password of the account. Signed up with Apple instead? Use the app, or email privacy@cardcuepro.com from the address on the account and we delete it for you within 30 days.

What is deleted

1. Your account (email, sign-in).
2. Every card backed up to the cloud, including encrypted card numbers and barcodes.
3. Your Pro entitlement record. A subscription keeps billing until you cancel it with Apple or Google.

Gifts you sent that are still waiting to be claimed return to the sender's wallet rules in the Terms. The full retention table is in the Privacy Policy.
